Rudder and Stock

Hello everyone
I have received the below as an email:

A new owner based at Rutland Water broke his rudder while lifting off last week. I had a look at his boat today and can report that I have a fixed hardwood rudder /stock blank which would suit the Prelude.
Perhaps someone in the association has exact dimensions for a bilge keel rudder,
